Find Clarity in the Calling

As a Christian leader, your work carries weight. But constant demands can blur your sense of direction. At Ultreia Companions, I offer sacred space to reflect, realign, and lead from a deeper place of faith and peace.

Spiritual Direction for
Christian Business Leaders

In the fast-paced world of business, it’s easy to lose touch with the deeper “why” behind what you do. You carry responsibility—for people, strategy, outcomes—while navigating pressure, complexity, and high-stakes decisions. As a Christian leader, you long to lead with integrity and faith—but the path isn’t always clear.

Spiritual direction offers a sacred pause. This is not coaching or productivity advice—it’s soul work. A space to slow down and listen. Together, we’ll attend to the inner life beneath your leadership: discerning God’s invitations, navigating ethical dilemmas, transitions, or burnout, and reconnecting your work with your calling.

Alongside direction, I offer values-based consulting for leaders who want their business culture and practices to align with their faith. It’s all part of one deeper journey: leading from peace, clarity, and a grounded sense of purpose.

What Our Time Might Include

Each session is shaped by your context and needs. We might explore:

  • Soulful reflection on leadership challenges and opportunities
  • Discernment around big decisions or shifting seasons of life and work
  • Exploring how your values shape (or struggle to shape) your workplace culture
  • Prayer, scripture, or silence as spiritual grounding for complex realities
  • Naming the tensions between faith and ambition, calling and career
  • Creating a sustainable rhythm for work, rest, and renewal

Whether you lead a team, run a business, or serve as an executive or entrepreneur, this is a space where you don’t have to perform or lead. You’re invited simply to be—fully human, fully present, fully known.

Where and How We Meet

I offer sessions online via video call, and in-person for those local to my area. We can meet in a quiet space or even outdoors if that suits your rhythm better. If you’re interested in values-based consulting for your team or business, we can design a format that works for your leadership structure.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

The first step isn’t a strategy or a plan—it’s a conversation. If something in you is sensing it’s time to pause, reflect, or realign, I invite you to reach out. Let’s talk about what spiritual direction could look like in your leadership journey.
