One-on-One Spiritual Direction
My goal is to offer a space that is safe, honest, and grounded. This isn’t about fixing you or applying pressure to become something you’re not.
What Is Spiritual Direction?
You may be stepping into this for the first time—and that’s okay. It can be difficult to name the quiet questions stirring inside, let alone speak them aloud to someone else. My goal is to offer a space that is safe, honest, and grounded. This isn’t about fixing you or applying pressure to become something you’re not.
Spiritual direction is more like sacred companionship. It’s about slowing down and listening deeply—to yourself, to your experiences, and to the presence of God in the midst of it all. I don’t come to give all the answers. I’m here to walk with you as you explore the ones already forming in your soul.
In our time together, anything is welcome: joy, confusion, memories, decisions, struggles, faith, doubt, identity, relationships. I believe God is already present in all of it—yes, even the messy and unfinished parts.
What Our Time Might Include
Every session is shaped by where you are and what you bring. There’s no script. But some of the practices we may explore together include:
- Questions that invite reflection and deeper self-awareness
- Gentle silence to help you notice what’s rising within
- Creative engagement with scripture or spiritual writings
- Learning and practicing ancient and modern spiritual rhythms
- Space to express emotions honestly and freely
I’m here to offer a listening ear, not a checklist. Sometimes we need a moment of stillness more than anything else.
Where and How We Meet
I offer spiritual direction sessions online via video call. If you’re local, we can meet in person—either in a quiet indoor space or out in nature for a walking session, depending on what feels most life-giving to you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
This journey begins with a conversation, not a commitment. If something in your spirit is nudging you forward, let’s talk.
