I offer spiritual direction and guidance for individuals, clergy, and business leaders

who want to listen more closely, grow in faith, and live with greater clarity and peace.

What to Expect

My Mission

Over time, I’ve come to see that one of the most meaningful things I can offer is space—not empty space, but sacred space. The kind that allows someone to slow down, take a breath, and remember they’re not alone. That’s what I try to create through Ultreia Companions.

Whether I’m sitting with a pastor in transition, a business leader sorting through purpose, or someone simply longing for God to feel close again—I hold space for deep listening. For reflection. For the slow, gentle work of the Spirit. Spiritual direction isn’t about fixing or teaching. It’s about accompanying. I walk alongside others on their journey of faith, paying attention together to where God might already be moving—sometimes in surprising places.

I’ve been there too—wrestling with questions, walking through change, craving a more honest and grounded faith. That’s why I hold this work with such tenderness. I believe every person’s path is sacred, even when it feels uncertain. If you’re longing for renewal, clarity, peace—or just someone to walk with you for a while—I’m here. There’s room for all of it: the wondering, the weariness, the hope. And there’s grace enough for wherever the road leads next.

The mission is to offer sacred companionship through spiritual direction—helping others listen for God, find clarity, and walk in deeper freedom.

A Pastor Greeting others

For Clergy & Ministry Leaders

Needing renewal, reflection, or discernment

Serving others can be sacred—and exhausting. This path is for pastors, ministry staff, and spiritual leaders who need a safe, sacred space to rest, reflect, and be heard. Here, you’re not expected to lead or perform. Instead, you’re invited to return to the quiet center, to listen for God’s voice in your own life, and to discern your next faithful steps with clarity and courage. Start Here

For Business Leaders

Spiritual direction offers a quiet place to reflect, realign, and be renewed for the road ahead. Start Here

What People Are Facing

The path of faith isn’t always clear. It can feel like hiking a foggy trail—uncertain, exhausting, and easy to lose your way. You may be facing a decision, feeling spiritually dry, or sensing your life and faith are out of sync. It’s easy to wonder: Where is God? Am I on the right path?

That sense of being stuck or alone on the trail is real. But you don’t have to walk it alone.

Spiritual direction offers a quiet place to pause, reflect, and listen. Together, we pay attention to God’s presence—even when it feels hidden.

You’re not meant to navigate this alone.

What to Expect

Getting Started Is Simple:

01.Reach out to schedule a first conversation—a relaxed time where I’ll share a bit about spiritual direction and how I practice it, and you’ll have space to talk about what’s stirring within you and what led you to explore this path.
02.Take time to reflect afterward. There’s no pressure to decide right away. It’s perfectly okay if you’re talking with other spiritual directors. Just take the time you need to discern.
03.If it feels like a good fit, we’ll begin. I’ll send you a simple agreement that outlines how we’ll work together and offers a sliding scale for session fees. From there, we’ll schedule our first session and begin the journey—usually meeting monthly unless another rhythm suits you better.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

This journey begins with a conversation, not a commitment. If something in your spirit is nudging you forward, let’s talk.
